PRE-ORDER & SHIPPING POLICY NOTICE

By placing an order with It Girl Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All items in this collection are pre-order and are currently in production, created specifically for this release with care and attention to detail. Production is actively underway.

Shipping Timeline:

Shipments are scheduled to begin the week of June 15th. Once production is complete and inventory is received, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. We make every effort to ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched promptly upon arrival.

Order Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for pre-order items.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only permitted for sizing issues and are subject to availability. Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
